And—this is so cool—there was snow on the ground by the road and we actually stopped and got to get out and touch it!!!!

For anyone who doesn’t know, 4 years ago, we moved from Colorado (where one of my favorite things was snow) to Southern California. So, this was a SUPER fun opportunity! 😀

Our friends live in a quiet area where the houses aren’t too close. Lots of people had horses just ranging around their not-too-huge properties, right near the houses. So calm and peaceful.
